MONI offers three types of home security package, each different in the equipment and features available to you.
Other types of packages are available, allowing customers to create a comprehensive security package that is tailored to their needs and provides them with complete security.
There are three alarm monitoring packages, three different fire and carbon monoxide protection packages, medical alert and monitoring packages, and a wide range of security equipment that can be purchased and added to packages.
All of the available Home Security packages include a full-color touch-screen keypad, door and window sensors, a keychain remote, and safe home features, such as heat, smoke, and carbon monoxide monitoring as well as medical monitoring.
The more advanced packages also include an indoor video camera, remote disarm and arm, email and text alert notifications, smart home features, and even local weather alerts.

There are three Home Security plans:
All of the packages include free equipment installation done by professionals, so there is no additional cost or wasted time trying to figure out complex systems, which can sometimes be the case with self-installation packages.
An activation fee of $99 is required for the Standard and Hometouch packages, and $149 for the Hometouch Premier package.
There are also additional charges for certain devices and equipment, such as water detection, medical monitoring, carbon monoxide monitoring, heat, smoke, and freeze monitoring, and smart home features.

When it comes to support, MONI makes a point of being available to their customers and providing as much information as possible online. While the sales team is available only during office hours, customer care representatives can be called at any time of the day and are on-call 24/7 for any question or problem that a customer may have.
There is also an Alarm Response Center that is available around the clock to assist with emergencies.
Information is available on their website in the FAQs section and in video tutorials.
Users can also get neighborhood crime reports and track crime in a certain area, and even opt for email alerts when new crimes are reported. MONI also has a security blog with interesting articles ranging from quirky to serious and helpful security tips and information.
